We seek an Assistant Managing Director – Apprenticeships.

This senior post holder will have the ability to create and articulate a clear vision for the development of apprenticeship provision and attributes to inspire and motivate staff teams to achieve it

Role responsibilities

You will:

  • Drive the Skills strategy to ensure planned growth, delivery and compliance of apprenticeships across the organisation and ensure that our apprentices receive an outstanding experience whilst studying with us and it meets all their individual needs.
  • Support the development of new employer led apprenticeships which builds upon the strength of existing provision whilst remaining focussed upon skills shortages and local economic growth.
