Protocol are currently looking to recruit a Degree Apprenticeship Compliance Manager to join a thriving team based in East London on a permanent basis.

About the role:
You will be reporting the Head of Degree Apprenticeships, working to lead on audit and assurance activities for both the ESFA financial audits and Ofsted inspections, producing data reports that will help drive improvement and also highlight the level of compliance and any risks to funding.
You will develop new, and scale existing, standard operating procedures, policies and processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of the ESFA ILR monthly returns and maintain accurate compliance and audit checks on all apprenticeship paperwork and evidence packs.
You will have working knowledge of the current UK apprenticeship legislation/regulations, key agencies and ESFA funding rules/contractual obligations with experience of delivering information, advice and guidance
Experience of Ofsted inspections data requirements for the apprenticeship provision
Experience of utilising digital technology to enhance and monitor the delivery of apprenticeship services and
support apprentice and employer engagement, for example the DAS account, ILR, etc
Working knowledge of degree apprenticeships

The salary for this position ranges between £36,000 – £38,000.
