Protocol are working with an excellent all-through special school for children and young people with severe to moderate learning difficulties (including those with ASD) between the ages of 4 and 19 years old based in the West London area. The school provides a statement of special educational needs or a newly-introduced Education, Health and Care Plan.
The School is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join them on an ongoing basis.
- To provide support for pupils with special educational needs
- To develop knowledge of the particular needs of the children
- To aid access to the full range of learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom
The person & qualifications
- Must have good numeracy and literacy skills, with GCSE C passes or above in both English and Maths or equivalent
- Must have experience of working with or caring for young people with a range of special educational needs
