Protocol are working with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ college who are looking for a Catch Up Lecturers to join their team, on a part time temporary contract starting ASAP, ongoing.

This College have a mission to inspire excellence, and are committed to enabling staff and students to reach their full potential. 

We are looking for:

  • Agriculture (someone with an interest and/or basic knowledge of all things Countryside/Agricultural or Ecology, could consider a Geography teacher)
  • Animal Studies (someone with interest in this area)
  • Equine (someone with interest in this area)
  • Greenspace (someone with an interest and/or basic knowledge of land management, horticulture, sportsturf maintenance)
  • Motorsport (someone with an Engineering background)

The candidates will be providing high quality targeted support intervention for students that have missed vital learning through the 2 year COVID pandemic lockdown periods. Evidence shows that small group intervention on a regular basis with a positive rapport with a dedicated tutor based on individualised targeted intervention enable young people to rebuild their knowledge, skills and confidence.

The person & qualifications
Holds a teaching qualification
Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
Has an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain
