The role

Responsible for the Internal Quality Assurance of the AEB funded provision. You will monitor, review and evaluate the quality of assessment processes and practice. Monitor the quality of assessor performance, identify assessor development needs and facilitate assessor development to maintain and improve the quality of assessment. Ensure documentation and records meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Please note this role will be delivered remotely and you are not required to attend an office premises.

  • Encouragement to take ownership of work and making contributions to decision making is provided to staff.
  • Encouragement to input ideas and constructively challenge decisions and processes is provided to staff.
