Protocol are currently working with a  fantastic  Further Education College in the South Yorkshire Region, the college provides high quality academic, technical and vocational training to enhance qualifications, skills and employability across the region.

Adopting a ‘one college approach’, they operate from a number of sites across the city with fantastic facilities at each.

The college is Currently recruiting for a Training and assessment facilitator – Mechanical engineering on a permanent and full time basis.

Role responsibilities

  • Must have taught mechanical engineering at levels 1-3
  • Experienced within the Mechanical Engineering field and working with apprentices across a range of levels of study

The person & qualifications

  • To have relevant qualifications and a wealth of industry experience 
  • to have a real passion for the subject and be prepared for continuous development.
  • A level 3 or above qualification in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Experience working on site with apprentices and doing assessments in line with awarding bodies standards and frameworks
