This college is one of the leading FE colleges based in West Yorkshire with over 7 campuses across the region. The job
You will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching and learning as a Cake Decorating Tutor. You will deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions and motivate learners to raise their ambitions and realise their full potential.
This role is also good for professional cake decorators and chefs who may be looking to break into education. If you have the passion to teach others then please apply!
This is a temporary position to start mid April for 6 weeks with the potential for ongoing freelance work.
You’ll be required to work 3 hour sessions per week on a Tuesday or Thursday (days negotiable).
£20 per hour + holiday pay (potentially more based on experience).
The person & qualifications
- Have experience teaching Cake Decorating either through work as a trainer or as a formal teacher.
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be working towards one.
- A DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
