Protocol are currently recruiting with a long-standing provider of education for a temporary part time Catering Lecturer in South London.

Having been around for over 100 years, this client has a wealth of experience and a strong reputation behind it. Recently merged with local institutes to form a successful college group, they have recently been graded by Ofsted as GOOD in June 2016.  

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver Level 2 and Entry 3 Catering, delivering Cooking, theory and running of a commercial kitchen.

  • We are looking for someone to start ideally from April 25th until the end of the academic year.
  • Level 2 and Entry 3
  • Cooking, Theory & Running a Commercial Kitchen
  • 22 hours a week
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Merton
  • £26.77 – £31.23 (+ holiday pay) per hour
  • Term time only

The person & qualifications

  • Must have a level 3 or higher relevant qualification
  • Must have Teaching qualification or teaching experience 
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service
