Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Greater London in their search for an experienced English Lecturer to deliver to both GCSE and Functional Skills learners within the college setting.
This position is offering Full time hours and will run on a Permanent basis within the college.
The main purpose of the job is to teach English, GCSE and /or Functional Skills, to students from a range of curriculum areas and to maximise their success during their time at the college. This will also include supporting, mentoring and providing guidance during the sessions and ensuring students are tracking to achieve their best.
We are therefore seeking candidates that are experienced in the delivery of both GCSE and Functional skills English. This person will also be passionate about education and supporting students to excel during their time in education. The individual will support, educate, guide and mentor students through their studies and be passionate and motivational in their approach.
Have you got what it takes?
- A degree level qualification in English
- Proven experience delivering GCSE and Functional skills English
- Hold a teaching qualification recognised by the FE Sector
