Apply nowWest London College is looking for an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Skills Pathways to join its Skills Pathway Department in delivering ESOL, Maths and Digital Skills courses to our young learner and adult students. We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our growth. The appointed candidate will be responsible for creating suitable materials relevant to the curriculum, planning and delivery of the course as well as assisting the Head of Curriculum in the recruitment, monitoring and study cycle of our learners.
They will also have excellent practice and understanding of equality and diversity as they will be working with learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
The post holder will be responsible for accurate record keeping and handling information with sensitivity and confidentiality. They will have experience of building and managing professional relationships with managers and staff throughout the College.
