Protocol are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for passionate Examinations assistants to work at a modern progressive Further Education College based in the North Nottinghamshire area on a full time, permanent basis. 

The job

This role is full-time and permanent, paying from £18k-£20,387k depending on experience.

The Examinations Assistant role is a key part of our Examinations team which sits within the Management Information Systems Unit. If you wish to be part of a team assisting learners to achieve their potential by providing academic departments and learners with key administrative
services and advice, then this could be the perfect role as you’ll develop these skills, whilst working in a College that has been recognised by OFSTED as investing in staff development. The role is critical and the post-holder will contribute to the effective delivery of a high-quality examinations service, including the registration, collation and management of all examinations, assessments and certification. The post requires working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided. Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College
achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to a high quality, robust and informative examinations and assessment service plus positive development of the College reputation.

-To assist with the day to day operations and to provide administrative support to the Examinations team.
-Work efficiently, effectively and collaboratively across College processing student
examinations and assessments.

The person and qualifications
– You will have experience of working as an exams assistant or in an administrative role within education.
-You will also have a DBS Certificate that is on the update service or be willing to get one.
