Apply nowProtocol are working with a successful college in Chipping Barnet with 4 campuses in the North London area. We are looking for a full time permanent A Level Economics Lecturer.
The College has over 13,000 students, delivering more than 20 subjects across our four campuses. Students are part of a large and vibrant community that benefits them and prepares for the workplace or university. We are looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic A-level Economics teacher, ideally to start in September 2023. Economics is a popular choice at A- level and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to an experienced and vibrant team. Within the role is the opportunity to act as Subject Leader for Economics. We welcome applicants who could also deliver Law.
All applicants must have a relevant degree and full teaching qualification. Recent experience of teaching economics is essential. NQTs are welcome to apply.
£32,121 to £42,379 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The person & qualifications
- Holds a degree in Economics or a related subject
- Holds a PGCE or equivalent
- Has experience of teaching A Level Economics
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one for the role
