Position Overview:
As a Foundation Studies Lecturer specializing in Cyber Security and Employability Skills, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the realms of digital safety and professional readiness. Your expertise will enable additional needs learners to not only navigate the intricacies of cyber security but also develop vital employability skills that are essential for success in today’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching adults with additional needs RARPA, cyber security and Employability Skills
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that focus on employability skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a sense of belonging.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A good knowledge of SEN in adult learners.
- Experience in teaching employability skills and cyber security.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
