Position Overview:
Bolton College is seeking an experienced Roofing Work-Based Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring apprentices and students as they develop practical roofing skills in real-world, on-the-job settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate work-based learning experiences for apprentices and students in the roofing trade.
- Monitor and assess apprentice progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with employers and industry partners to ensure seamless integration of theoretical and practical learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A trade qualification in roofing or associated.
- Experience of roofing in an industrial setting.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
