Apply nowProtocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in the Rotherham area in their search for an experienced Electrical industry to deliver Electrical Installation to students across a range of levels within the college.
The role;
This permanent role is offering 37.5 hours on a weekly basis.
You will be working within the colleges Electrical department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing students Electrical Installation ability through their courses of study. You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.
The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about Electrical Installation and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.
Have you got what it takes?
- A level 3 qualification or industry experience in relevant field.
- A teaching qualification or willing to work towards.
- An Assessors Award or willing to work towards.
- Experience delivering/ Assessing Electrical Installation up to level 3.
- English and Mathematics level 2 or above
- Upbeat and positive attitude to deliver to all students!
- Hold or willing to apply for a DBS on the update service
