GCSE & Functional Skills English Lecturer, Greater London

Protocol are working with a leading FE College based in the West London area. It is a very well-established College graded as “Good” by Ofsted. The College’s students are at the heart of what they do, and their priority is to prepare all their learners for the future. The excellent staff and facilities ensure that they provide a well-rounded learning experience to students to help them reach their full potential. Last year over 800 students from the A-Level and Vocational Courses went on to study at top universities.

Our client currently has an opportunity to join them on part time temporary ongoing basis as a AQA GCSE English Lecturer in Harrow.

£27.08 + holiday pay per hour for candidates with a level 4 teaching qualification or above 

£24.88 + holiday pay for candidates with less than a level 4 teaching qualification 

15.5 hours per week, ongoing likely until July 2024.

 Monday – Friday

The person & qualifications

• You will possess a degree in an English related subject
• Expert knowledge of the AQA GCSE specification
• Experience of teaching GCSE English in FE
• You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage people of all ages.
• Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
