About the Role:
Protocol are working with a Further Education College who are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to join our team at Kings Cross. This full-time role involves teaching Level 1 and Level 2 plumbing courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Plumbing for Level 1 and Level 2 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in plumbing education and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Plumbing.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is desirable.
- Previous teaching experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
