We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic self-starting Administration Assistant to provide efficient and professional administration and technical support to the training centres, managers, delivery teams and learners that form part of a fantastic provider.
You will work closely with the Funding & Data Team and Managers to enrol, register, track and claim students’ qualifications, ensuring that outcomes for learners are maximised. Ensure processes and procedures are consistent with the quality standards and expectations of the Funding & Data Team and the provider overall. It is essential that you have a proven track record of attention to detail and experience of recording, analysing and interpreting data. You must also have strong IT skills of Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and FE College MIS data entry systems. The ability to use your own initiative, work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are also essential requirements for this role.
