Protocol are working with a fantastic college in West London to recruit a Full time permanent Basic Education Lecturer. They are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer who can motivate students to achieve the best they can! Role responsibilities

  • You should have experience of teaching within Foundation Learning/Basic Education including Functional Skills and delivery of RARPA
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Code of Practice and Foundation Learning
  • Teaching experience in an FE setting 
  • Experience of teaching learners with special educational needs
  •  Experience of working in a Total Communication environment

The person & qualifications

  • You should possess a degree, and either possess or be working towards an advanced level specialist teaching qualification
  • Recent experience of teaching Basic Education or Similar
  • Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
