Protocol are working alongside a fantastic college to recruit a Business Development Executive. The position is a full time permanent role to promote apprenticeships programmes.

Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating and following up leads through cold calling, marketing, social media/networking and face to face meetings to attract new business
  • Meet with employers to evaluate employer expectations are being met to secure repeat business through strong relationships

The person & qualifications

  • Must be Confident, personable and able to adapt
  • Must have Highest levels of integrity and honesty
  • Must have Business Development experience within the work-based learning and training sector
