To train, support and assess students on workplace programmes to deliver high quality outcomes.
To plan and prepare appropriate training documentation to support direct and online deliveryleading to timely completion of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards.
Produce individual training/learning and assessment plans
Induct and support candidates in achieving their qualifications /apprenticeships , in line with awarding body/sector skills assessment practices, within agreed timescales.
The person & qualifications
Must hold an Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1 or TAQA)
Must hold a professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse, Dip.SW) or minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in care.
- Must hold a formal teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
Experience of assessing qualifications in the workplace e.g. NVQs.
- Must have a valid DBS issued within 12 months or on the Update Service
