The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice Principal of Teaching learning and will manage a team of Administrators and programme managers.

The person & qualifications
- A good Honours Degree in an appropriate discipline.
Evidence of continuous professional development
- Able to use data to inform business development plans
- Able to evidence good understanding of different community sectors, and of how to engage with a range of community partners and stakeholders.
- Strong self-management skills, with a positive attitude to change.
- Experience of working in an education setting with a proven record of effective team leadership and high quality service delivery.
