Protocol are working with a fantastic college in the Hertfordshire area to recruit an Electrical Installations Lecturer to join this college on a permanent bases. This opportunity would see the successful candidate working full time hours assessing apprenticeships across Hertfordshire. 

 

Role responsibilities

  • Assess, guide and support students using a variety of methods to maximise learner
    potential. work with students and teaching delivery team, to ensure that the curriculum
    is fully compliant with all relevant awarding bodies
  • Plan assessment process with learners, including establishing employer participation
  • Plan and co-ordinate the personalised learning plans and routes and destinations for
    each of their students

 

The person & qualifications

The successful candidate will: 

  • Be qualified teaching professional with appropriate qualifications
  • Have an industry qualification 
  • Have hands on experience of industry
