We are working at a College in North West London who are looking for 2 Exams Assistants. One post is for a 2 month contract and the other post is for 6 months for approximately 36 hours per week. The college are looking for two high level administrators with a keen eye for detail to carry out routine administration in the exams team. Exams service experience would be advantageous, however working in a finance team, HR or other corporate administration role would be a suitable skills set. Candidates would need to operate Excel spreadsheets, use Service databases and be articulate with word packages. The college are looking to interview as soon as possible and the college are offering £10 per hour plus holiday pay.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Supporting exams invigilation
  • Leading on exam quality assistance and compliance matters.

 

The person & qualifications

  • Exams service experience would be advantageous, however working in a finance team, HR or other corporate administration role would be a suitable skills set.

  • DBS on the update service or applied for
