Protocol are proud to be working with a global Learning organisation specialising in providing training for Management and Learning & Development courses. This fantastic opportunity will be home based and require trainers to be well organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet agreed deadlines.  At the same time, you bringing a flexible approach to working hours. 

Title: HR and L&D Assessor  

Location: Glasgow (home-based) 

Salary: £27,000 + Benefits  

contract: Full-time (37.5 hours) 

Role responsibilities:
Carry out effective initial assessment with all potential learners including functional skills 
Induct the learner into the Apprenticeship 
Provide guidance and tuition on the course and e-portfolio 
Assess and sign off candidate assessments and e-portfolio 
Guidance through enrolment to End Point Assessment 
Co-ordinate combining reviews and work based observations 
Deliver online teaching sessions 
Deliver face to face workshops 
Ensure learners’ outcomes are achieved on time 
Retain information regarding starts, leavers, and outcomes to enable accurate reporting of statistical and financial information 
Deal with learner or employer queries efficiently and professionally 
Meet external standards 
Willing to travel  

The person & qualifications: 
Training Experience in Learning & development and Human Resources 
CIPD Qualification  
be passionate about education, highly motivated, enthusiastic and have a commitment to learner achievement and success 
Teaching Qualification  
Assessors Award
