We are seeking industry professionals in the field of Investment who are looking to pass on their skills and inspire the next generation. If you have considered making a change in your career and moving into teaching, this role might be for you. A full training programme will be provided, meaning no teaching experience is needed and you will gain a training qualification. 

The role will involve training and assessing Level 7 Investment Operations learners who are completing a work-based qualification. You will have a caseload of around 50 learners who you will visit in the workplace once every 12 weeks, and conduct regular remote visits with via Google Hangout. 

This role covers the South of England and Midlands area.


Role responsibilities

  • To train learners on the Level 7 Investment Operations course
  • To assess their knowledge, skills and behaviours against a variety of assessment criteria
  • To visit learners every 12 weeks and conduct virtual visits regularly


The person & qualifications

  • Experience in the Investment Operations sector
  • Experience of training or mentoring junior members of staff (desirable)
