Protocol are working with a fantastic college in North West London to recruit a Job Coach, SEN. There are 3 days per week available to start ASAP and this will be ongoing whilst they recruit for a vacant post. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can motivate students to achieve the best they can! They are looking to interview immediately. Role responsibilities

  • Coach/support the students to carry out their job roles in the workplace

  • Supporting 3 days per week – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

  • Motivating students to excel in their subject area

 

The person & qualifications

  • Experience of working with students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Clear understanding and a commitment to Equal Opportunities
  • Commitment to students’ learning
  • Experience of a customer focused environment
  • Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
