We are looking for a Management Accountant/ Finance Business Partner for an education provider based in Yorkshire.

This is a six month fixed term contract with the potential of a permanent offer. 


Role responsibilities

  • To support the delivery of timely, accurate and meaningful financial information to Budget Holder, Senior Leadership, Principals and COO.  To analyse and deliver financial insight that links financial reports to organisational objectives and strategies.

  • To provide leadership and support to direct reports, non-finance colleagues and stakeholders on a proactive basis identifying areas for improvement and applying best practise.

  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders both internal and external.

  • You will have responsibility for the trainee accountants and Finance and Procurement Officers. 


The person & qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant 
  • Experience in a similar position 
  • Experience managing budgets 
  • Skilled on spreadsheets and able to run forecasts.
