Protocol are working alongside a distinguished College in the Solihull area to recruit a performing Arts technician/Instructor. This position will be a short term cover providing temporary theatre technician support. As it is coming to the busiest time of the year there will be a number of shows to provide technical theatre support for.

 

Role responsibilities

  • To deliver technical support to set up, use and maintain technical equipment including computers, DVD/ HD cameras, still cameras, lighting rigs, projectors and sound equipment. 

 

The person & qualifications

  • Experience in lighting for live events and theatre.
  • Knowledge of live sound 
  • Working at heights, qualifications in Technical Theatre up to HND level or apprenticeship level
