Protocol are currently recruiting exclusively for a FE College based in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Our client is currently looking for 1 x 0.5FTE  and 1 x 0.8FTE Early Years Lecturer/Assessor. 

SALARY – £27743 to £38691 per annum (pro rata)


The post holder is responsible for the training and assessment of Work Based Learning (WBL) learners (including Apprentices) to determine their occupational competencies within the workplace. We deliver CACHE Early Years qualifications at Levels 2 and 3 and City and Guilds qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

 Role responsibilities

  • To deliver and assess learners in Early Years Level 1 to 3

 The person & qualifications

  • Ideally have a Degree in Early Years or similar
  • At least level 2 in Early Years / STLS
  • Assessor Award
  • IV Award
  • At least 3 years’ experience within the industry
  • Knowledge of work based learning and apprenticeships
