Role responsibilities

The candidate will be visiting learners between Edinburgh and Aberdeen and must be competent in assessing the following areas:

  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Warehouse & Storage and Logistics Management

 

The person & qualifications

  • A1 and ideally V1 accreditation
  • Communicate at all levels within a business
  • Motivate individuals through achievement of their qualification and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.

  • Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.

  • Experience of delivering Core Skills and knowledge of electronic portfolios would be desirable.
  • Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.

  • Work to and meet set targets in delivery

  • Competency within the new Management Standard
