Protocol are currently recruiting for a Welfare Advisor to join a fantastic college in Cambridgeshire. This is a full time permanent opportunity to join the college in mid summer. If you are looking for your next full time opportunity read on and hit APPLY!  


Role responsibilities

  • To offer targeted support to students from specific communities and groups who require additional help in order to overcome barriers to achieving their goals in learning
  • Deliver sessions and activities surrounding welfare and support themes as part of the college’s wider personal development programme including but not limited to enrichment activities, college and national awareness events and the delivery of tutorials


The person & qualifications

The Successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in a welfare role within education
  • Hold a level 4 qualification is a social/welfare role 
  • Have experience in an FE environment
