Kirklees College is seeking to appoint to this new role of Vice Principal Corporate Operations.  As a senior postholder, reporting to the Principal and Chief Executive you will be responsible for leading on the transformation of the college’s information systems, ensuring high levels of integration across key systems. It is important that you are commercially aware, as the post holder is also responsible for all non-finance corporate support functions.

As an inspirational and experienced senior leader, you will have a proven track record in integrating systems that generate business intelligence to support the very best decision making, drive efficient curriculum planning, and optimise funding.

You have a strong sense of purpose and should have a good track record in leading teams through periods of development and change.  In addition, you will have highly developed communication and collaboration skills together with a detailed understanding of the complex funding structures.

As part of the Executive management team you will play a crucial role in reviewing, shaping and implementing the long-term strategy for the College.
