Moulton College is a specialist land-based college set in beautiful rural Northamptonshire. The college seeks to appoint an ambitious and forward thinking CCAB accountant to lead the Finance team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer the successful applicant will have day-to-day responsibility for all the financial operations of the college including working closely with budget holders to set and deliver the budget.
The College has a long-established reputation for delivering a broad vocational curriculum in Land-based, Construction, Food & Drink and Sports. Operating from a 1,200 acre facility incorporating a full working farm and other business enterprises the college is geared towards demonstrating industry standards and enhancing the student experience.

As Head of Finance you will play a key part in delivering their strategy, using your experience in the Further Education or Skills/Training sector, alongside your strong business acumen, and a ‘can do, will do’ attitude to developing financial resilience and ensuring excellent value for money. Experience of managing a successful Finance team is essential to the success of this role.

- New Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) and specialist Construction laboratories (£250,000)
