Job Description
Love recruitment but looking to move away from heavy sales? This exciting and varied position is based at a college in Hertfordshire where you will work to recruit and manage a high volume of workers from your very own office onsite. You will be required to undertake a range of recruitment activities to provide the most suitable candidates for the client’s needs, ensuring candidates are paid correctly and the client billing is complete efficiently. Your role will also include recruiting for occasional permanent recruitment for the college bringing you additional opportunities to earn. This is further education recruitment so you will be working with education professionals with the scope to also recruit for the wider college community too.
To be considered, you should have excellent customer service skills, confidence, and a personable approach whilst maintaining high quality work under pressure. You won’t be micromanaged in this role and will be able to work with autonomy, with full support when required of course!
The Person
You will be a self-starter and motivated team player with a passion to succeed and provide a great service. You will need to be organised and have the ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment with a high level of attention to detail. This role is working solely with one client and doesn’t require sales calls to meet your target, you just need to be great at building relationships face to face, follow through with outstanding customer service and find good candidates to work in the college environment.
