Do you want to be part of an established market-leading brand that prides itself on its high-performance team culture?
Protocol are proud that, despite the pandemic, we have continued to grow at pace and are now looking to add new team members to our business. So, if you would like to be part of our growth journey whilst developing your own career, then this job could be for you.
We have over 26 years’ experience solely servicing the Education, Skills, Training & Employability sectors and really understand recruitment. Our expertise, passion and specialist consultants have made us the first-choice supplier to many institutions across the UK.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent recruitment services across both academic and non-academic roles. We recruit at every level in an organisation, from Chief Executive to support staff, temporary, sessional and interim contracts, to permanent appointments. Dedicated teams work on named accounts; with specialist teams working with independent training providers, colleges and universities.
Being based onsite at one of the largest colleges in Peterborough you will work to recruit and manage a high volume of temporary workers onsite. You will be required to undertake a range of recruitment activities to provide the most suitable candidates for the client’s needs, ensuring candidates are paid correctly and the client billing is completed efficiently.
This varied, exciting position will have you working on numerous temporary vacancies. Therefore, you should have excellent customer service skills, confidence, and a personable approach whilst maintaining high quality work under pressure. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has at least 1 year’s recruitment experience and it would be beneficial (but not essential) if you have previously recruited candidates for additional learning support or SEN (special educational needs). You won’t be micromanaged in this role and will be able to work with autonomy, with full support when required of course!
You will be a hardworking motivated team player with a passion to succeed and provide a great service. You will need to be self-motivated, organised, and have the ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment with a high level of attention to detail. This role is working solely with one client and doesn’t require sales calls to meet your target, you just need to be great at building relationships face to face, follow through with outstanding customer service and find good candidates to work in the college environment.
