Quality and Support Manager – Nottingham

£25,000 per annum

We are continuing to excel and grow within the recruitment industry and as part of this we are now seeking a Quality and Support Manager.

The role

As Quality and Support Manager, you will take responsibility for the Compliance and Support team’s processes and delivery, as well as supporting the company’s drive for quality by undertaking elements of a number of ISO accreditations.

The responsibilities and duties include:

    • Leading the Compliance and Support Team to successfully provide a fully compliant worker to each role
    • Implementing and effectively tracking individual and team KPI’s
    • Developing team members to ensure process knowledge and customer service skills, providing effective team meetings, 1-1 support, appraisals and coaching
    • Understanding legislation that underpins the Compliance team processes i.e. Right to work, Keeping Children Safe in Education, Health Regulations
    • To push to continuous quality standards and undertake internal audits as part of ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditations
    • Reviewing and maintaining the company’s ISO management systems
    • Undertake processing documentation reviews
    • Work closely with the Recruitment Managers to ensure the team are working to the highest level in support of recruitment activity
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Ensure a database management programme is implemented and ongoing
    • Be the first point of contact for raised complaints

  • Team leadership / management experience
  • Ability to coach and mentor
  • Ability to review and improve work methods
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001
  • Experience of internal audits
  • Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
  • Experience in complaint handling
