You will be providing exceptional recruitment services to Protocol clients and candidates within the Interim, Management and Consultancy environment.
This varied role will have you sourcing the best talent for education establishments nationwide, working on many senior management and executive positions, delivering top-quality customer service and going above and beyond to meet their recruitment needs.

Protocol are already well-established within the Education and Skills sector; however, we are seeking the most prestigious talent to help us in our continued growth and journey to take over the recruitment world!
Experience within recruitment, sales or customer services is essential for this position, as you will need to hit the ground running! You should be comfortable communicating with both candidates and clients face-to-face and over the phone, building strong relationships. High levels of written communication skills are also key to success in this position, you will need to be able to construct high quality, creative email communications, paying close attention to accuracy and detail.
The need for exceptional administrative skills is paramount to this post holder, you will be organised and efficient in your working as multitasking is part and parcel of this role. You will be joining a small, efficient and target-driven team; therefore proactivity is essential and the right post holder will enjoy the benefits of autonomy and be able to make a real difference.
