Being based onsite at one of the largest colleges in Birmingham you will be supporting the Account Manager with the 360 recruitment of temporary workers onsite. You will be required to undertake a range of recruitment activities to provide the most suitable candidates for the client’s needs, ensuring candidates are paid correctly and the client billing is complete efficiently.
This varied, exciting position will have you working on numerous roles for South & City College Birmingham. Therefore, you should have excellent customer service skills, confidence, and a personable approach whilst maintaining high quality work under pressure.
You will be a hardworking motivated team player with a passion to succeed in a competitive role. You will have the ability to effectively sell and market yourself and your candidates, be self-motivated, organised, and have the ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Salary: £20k-£23k per annum + quarterly bonus + benefits
