We are pleased to be working in partnership with South and City College Birmingham to recruit Construction, Engineering and Motor Vehicle teaching professionals for a number of fantastic roles at the college.

The two organisations will be hosting a recruitment and information event at the college 14th October 12-3pm.

The event will provide guests with the opportunity to speak to an experienced consultant, meet the hiring team, get help and advice and of course register with the agency.

Additionally, due to the high demand of the sector, Protocol will be providing advice on how people can top up their income by teaching in further education at the college without a teaching qualification.

“People may be surprised that in some cases, especially where the demand for certain skills is high, you don’t need a teaching qualification to work in colleges. Often the college will put the individual through training on the job if needed.” Comments Charlotte Willis, National Accounts Manager for Protocol.

At the event, visitors will be able to find out about jobs from teaching and lecturing through to invigilation, support work and management in both temporary and permanent positions.

We urge any, newly qualified teachers, experienced FE professionals and industry experienced individuals to pop along to get registered to find the best opportunities in the sector.
