Protocol are proud to be working with The Sheffield College to appoint their new Head of Estates & Facilities! This is an exciting opportunity to work at an organisation with a large estate agenda.

As Head of Estates & Facilities for The Sheffield College, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the College’s estate, related resources, facilities and staff within the Estates and Facilities department.

Your role will be key in laying the foundations of success for the College. You will be responsible for the continuous development of the College’s accommodation strategy in line with the College’s wider strategic objectives, ensuring all college buildings, grounds, plant, equipment and other items of infrastructure are maintained effectively and used to their full potential.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and standing committees; you will be directly managing the long-term planning and strategic delivery of the College investment plan, procurement contracts and liaising with external agencies. You will work closely with the Head of Finance on budget delivery and management and work closely with relevant peers and colleagues.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced senior Estates & Facilities professional, experience within a college or similar environment is preferable, however not essential.
