As a member of the Executive Board you will provide visionary leadership, develop the sales and marketing functions and always strive for top performance from your teams.  A hands-on, innovative and results- driven individual, you will deliver on sales targets, while working to define and implement the overall business strategy.

The post requires an energetic and experienced sales and marketing leader, used to operating at a strategic level and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering effective digital strategies as well as the ability to constantly seek new, alternative and innovative methods of achieving and surpassing business goals. Collaboration, communication, creativity and the ability inspire are also key attributes required for this position. An understanding of the education and skills environment would be an advantage but not essential.
