Skills for Life

The National Apprenticeship Week theme for 2023 is ‘Skills for Life’, aiming to encourage people to consider how apprenticeships can help individuals develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and employers to develop a workforce with career-ready skills.

This week brings together everyone passionate about apprenticeships to celebrate the value, benefits and opportunities that they bring.

Protocol Apprenticeships

Here at Protocol, we encourage a proactive approach to CPD and believe that investing in our employees creates a culture of engagement and stability where our people can upskill and widen their career scope.

We are huge supporters of the National Apprenticeship programme – year after year we have numerous team members undertaking an apprenticeship ranging from junior to senior level qualifications, last year alone we had 15 apprentices in our team and continue to offer the opportunity to current staff wanting to undertake a qualification.

Supporting our Clients

With over 600 apprenticeship courses available in the UK, and a continued increase in apprenticeship starts, you may find yourself needing extra staff to meet the ever-increasing demand of learners and caseloads.

We can help you source staff for every level of your provision, from Tutors, Trainers and Assessors, to End-Point Assessors and Managers.

Whether you need someone for a few hours a week, a long-term contract, or a permanent team member – we can help you!
