We’ve been working with privately owned commercial, and not-for-profit independent training providers (ITPs) for 25 years, pairing the right candidates with the right vacancies.
There are over 1,000 registered and active ITPs across the country, delivering approximately 75% of apprenticeships, and we recruit staff for many of them. Typically offering learning and training in classrooms, on their own premises, or in workplaces – and usually a combination of all three – it’s key for their staff to be adaptable. ITPs often work closely with FE colleges, subcontracting around 40% of their apprenticeships, and because we work with colleges too, we’re experts at understanding this close relationship.
We know from experience that training providers are incredibly diverse – no two are the same. From large national companies to smaller offices, each of our clients have their own specialisms. In addition to apprenticeships, these include vocational qualifications, English and maths, traineeships, employability skills, offender learning and more.
