Degree and higher apprenticeships offer an alternative option to the traditional academic route for gaining top qualifications. Learners can gain a degree qualification, alongside gaining real-world work experience, all while getting paid without taking on substantial student loan debts. Learners will typically spend 30+ hours in work, while topping up their learning at a university, college or training provider.
So where do I come in?
We are on the look out for anyone who has the experience of delivering or facilitating apprenticeships. If you’re looking for a change of direction, and a new challenge, higher education can offer that and more. Best of all, most universities do not require a teaching qualification!
Whether you’ve been involved at the very top running apprenticeship programmes for a college or have just been involved in the assessing and training side we would like to hear from you.
Here are just some of the job roles we recruit for:
- Head of Recruitment
- Apprenticeship Manager
- Apprentice Recruitment
- Apprenticeship Tutor, Trainer and Assessor
- Apprenticeship Co-ordinator
- Business Development
- Work-based Learning Coaches
- Skills Coaches
- Blended Learning Tutors
