To continue with the My Protocol Journey series, we would like to introduce you to Molly Fanning, Compliance & Support Officer. Molly has been part of the Protocol Family for 3 years and is based at our Head Office in Nottingham. Here’s what we found out about Molly’s Protocol journey:
What did you do before Protocol?
I had worked in quite a few places before joining Protocol but have always been in the customer service sector. I love speaking to new exciting people – that’s why I love my Compliance and Support Officer role!
Tell us about your career progression to date.
I came into Protocol with minimal experience working on computers, and I had never worked in an office environment. Since joining as an apprentice, I have achieved several things. But my main achievement is passing my apprenticeship with a distinction and then being employed as a full-time member of staff. The little personal achievements include getting my first candidate fully compliant and taking ownership of my portfolio while completing my apprenticeship, has truly helped me develop and progress in my role at Protocol.
What do you enjoy about working at Protocol?
I enjoy working with my colleagues, getting to speak and build relationships with our candidates and clients, the social events we had (before Covid!), and the camaraderie, which in my opinion, is what kept us all going during all 3 lockdowns. Everyone is so supportive, and we really are a team!
Why would you recommend us to a potential candidate?
Protocol will give you all the tools and training you need to be successful in your career. I can say from experience that they have been so supportive in my progression, and it has helped me grow upon my knowledge and skills.
