Construction and Engineering often prove very difficult areas for education organisations to recruit in and it is one of the services that we’ve always put a tremendous amount of effort into. From wide-reaching social campaigns, to pro-actively approaching candidates in industry, we have always been at the forefront of bringing in new talent.

As a result, we’ve decided to take the next logical step and dedicate a team within Protocol to accelerate the growth of our Construction and Engineering talent. This team will be led capably by Mark Pender, a recent addition to #TeamProtocol but someone with a wealth of recruitment experience.

Mark will be working closely alongside our other recruitment teams to ensure you do not miss out on any of the fantastic construction and engineering talent we are talking to daily.

We’ve put together this profile of Mark to tell you a bit more about him and what he’ll be bringing to Protocol, but I’m sure Mark will be in touch himself in the next couple of weeks to introduce himself and to get a better understanding of what challenges you might face in bringing in Construction and Engineering expertise.
