Attracting talented staff is hugely important for Collab Group colleges. The many changes the sector has faced recently such as the apprenticeship levy requires colleges to be able to access highly skilled and specialised staff more efficiently. By working in partnership, Collab Group colleges can benefit from Protocol’s considerable recruitment expertise within the further education sector.
