Having worked in HR for over 30 years, with 15 of those years happily spent in Colleges as HRD (including 3 mergers) I know how the day job can be equally frustrating, challenging and rewarding all at the same time!

When I joined Protocol in August 2021 my main aim was to connect with colleges to provide help and support. I can provide information, guidance and leverage on the issues that you are faced with, such as finding talent, dealing with staffing issues and supporting the leaders in your college to succeed in their roles.

One for you to connect with straight away, and that I’m very excited about, is the Protocol in Partnership Webinar Series. I have partnered up with some fantastic leading organisations to speak on topics which are relevant and real for you, right now. You can follow the links below to sign up to these free individual webinars here:

First up on Thursday 27th January is What is Neurodiversity? – Hosted in partnership with Cognassist

In this webinar we will be tackling:

What is Neurodiversity, why does it matter and what is best practice for recruitment?

In this practical webinar, we share how you can recognise and support neurodiversity and cognition and share the essential tools required for delivering support and best practise.

We would love to see you there.

If you have any questions about the upcoming webinars, or would like to take part in a future one please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Kind regards,

Vanessa Rhodes
