Having worked in HR for over 30 years, with 15 of those years happily spent in Colleges as HRD (including 3 mergers) I know how the day job can be equally frustrating, challenging and rewarding all at the same time!
When I joined Protocol in August 2021 my main aim was to connect with colleges to provide help and support.
