Will I still get paid now the establishment I’m working at through Protocol has closed due to Coronavirus?

We are watching the situation very carefully. We are asking those of you whose assignment has been affected to contact us at candidatesupport@protocol.co.uk, we will review these and discuss with the client to understand the situation fully. Once reviewed we will be able to contact you with the options available to you to support you during this period.

Will I receive sick pay should I become ill with Coronavirus?

Of course, as with any illness we will pay statutory sick pay (SSP) based on current government rules. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can action your claim for SSP.
